In the Phantom Zone, Supergirl meets her father Zor-El who survived Krypton's destruction by sending himself into the Phantom Zone and saves her from the Phantoms. Her friends find a benign vampire-like Transilvanian named Silas who once broke into the Phantom Zone, and they agree to work with him. Due to the Crisis, the Zone has fractured in the style of an archipelago and they cannot locate Supergirl and several Phantom Zone Phantoms escape from the Zone. Lex's trial ends in an acquittal after he discredits Eve and Lena as witnesses. Silas later contacts J'onn stating that one of the Phantoms evaded capture.
