Four children, who are scavengers in a railway station, witness a child kidnapping incident, and upon discovery, flee from the place. They decide to commit suicide, fearing that the kidnappers may kill them. While attempting to commit suicide by getting run over by a train, they hear the sound of a baby crying in a nearby bush. Upon discovery, they find out that the baby has been bitten by ants, and rush him to the nearest hospital. After the baby recovers, they decide to raise him as their brother, name him Ram, and send him to school. The kidnapper escapes prison, and arrives at their residence. Ram stabs the kidnapper and saves his brother's lives. When the doctor asks him about it, he requests him to send his four brothers to school, while he works for them. The doctor then raises them as his children.

The story cuts back to present where in a remote desert, where Konidela Ram kills a powerful dictator from Bihar named Raja Bhai Munna, only to wake up and find out that it is a dream. His family consists of four brothers, four sisters in law, and their children.

One of the brothers, Bhuvan Kumar is an chief election commissioner with his three other brothers as his subordinates. Ram is engaged to Sita, the daughter of a woman's rights activist named Puppy. A local criminal and aspiring politician named Ballem Balaram tries to bribe Bhuvan Kumar after he seizes his black money. When Bhuvan refuses,he tries to threaten him for which Ram harshly beats him before media. Balaram's brother-in-law Pandem Parasuram challenges Bhuvan and asks him to apologize, for which Ram returns hard on him. This leaves Parasuram humiliated, so he approaches an encounter specialist, who gets to Ram's house and takes his whole family hostage .Ram reaches there and apologises to Parasuram, only to encounter criminals from Bihar,sent by the dictator Raja Bhai. After fighting the criminals,his sister in-law Gayatri asks Ram about it, to which he reveals the flashback. Raja Bhai is a local dictator in Bihar who threatened the Chief Minister. Therefore,the chief minister asked the central government and got Bhuvan appointed as the chief election commissioner of Bihar. Raja Bhai held Bhuvan hostage along with his subordinates, to which Bhuvan calls Ram, who was in Gujarat with his family and Sita in a temple. As Ram was travelling back to the airport, he receives the call, rushes to a bridge, and jumps on top of a train that is heading from Gujarat to Bihar. He kills 300 men single-handedly on a horse and gets captured to be taken to Raja Bhai. A fight ensues in which Raja Bhai kills Bhuvan and Ram wounds Raja Bhai severely, sending him into a coma. In the present, Gayatri is shocked terrifically on her husband Bhuvan's death. She asks Ram to take her to Bhuvan's pyre and later to Raja Bhai, the latter in where she challenges Raja Bhai to a duel with Ram. Ram approaches with the body of Raja Bhai's goon and starts the fight with him. He finally subdues Raja Bhai by cracking his bones and slashing his head with a sword attached to a tree.

Arjun as a kid enjoys attention from his parents and everyone in the neighbourhood. As the colony he lives in doesn't have kids of his age, he wishes to have a girlfriend, when Anupama's "Anu" family moves in. Arjun's family members grew fond of Anu, which sows the seed of jealousy in him. With time, jealousy turns into hatred but on the other hand Anu develops liking for him.

Arjun is poor in academics and is always compared to Anu who is a bright student, irritating him. To escape the torture, Arjun plans to move to Dubai, where his sister lives, on the pretext of doing MBA. With the help of his friend's connection, who owns a Consultancy, Arjun secures an excellent score in GMAT through cheating. His father throws a party and Arjun is delighted and also relieved about moving away from Anu. Arjun is then informed that his application is on Waitlist because he has 1 mark less than other two applicants of the top University he applied to, which only has 2 vacant seats. Just as he agrees to change his University preference, it is revealed that one of the two better scored students is Anu, which frustrates Arjun. He leaks Anu's abroad study plans to her mother, who doesn't want her to study further but instead tries to convince her to get married. With Anu's strong reaction, it turns into a big fight and eventually leads to Anu agreeing to marriage with broken heart.

On the day of Anu's marriage, she kisses Arjun publicly in front of all the invitees. Being helpless, Arjun marries Anu due to family pressure. On their first night, Anu reveals that she overheard a discussion between Arjun and his friends and got to know about Arjun's ill doing that spoiled her study plans. She confesses that the marriage was a revenge plan and Arjun has no other option now but to take her abroad with him to the University. He manages to trick the other applicant to withdraw from the top University. The married couple now move to Dubai.

In Dubai, Arjun and Anu have a Tom and Jerry relationship. One day after coming back from a night party, a mild physical fight starts which turns into romance. Anu becomes pregnant but Arjun is not ready for it as he is not happy in the relationship and asks her to get an abortion. He alleges that Anu is purportedly turning his life into hell by trapping him in marriage and now parenthood. Angered with his allegations, Anu promises that she will divorce him once her study completes and that she doesn't expect even his slightest involvement in the pregnancy.

Sensing the problem between the couple, parents of Anu and Arjun visit them and try to convince them into building the marriage. Although unmoved by their advice, Anu and Arjun decide not to fight as long as their parents stay. Meanwhile, Arjun feels ecstatic when he feels the baby kick from the womb and gradually realises the love Anu has for him. He also develops love for Anu recollecting the best moments they had and how she kept up with his hatred so far. In the end, after the birth of their baby they reunite.

In a cinema studio, an assistant director who aspires to become a film director named Abhilash, aka Abhi (Atharvaa) gets insulted by one of the directors, there he challenges that he will become a good director with a good film in a few days. Another producer (Raghu Babu) likes Abhi's hard work and suggests that he do a gangster movie. He decides to direct the biopic of a gangster. In search of a gangster, he finds the ruthless gangster named Gaddalakonda Ganesh, aka Gani (Varun Tej) lives in the town of Gaddalakonda. Abhi lands in Gaddalakonda and starts learning about Gani with the help of his friend Chintakayyi (Satya). Abhi traps Bujjama (Mirnalini Ravi), the granddaughter of Gani's chef (Annapoorna) and she falls in love with Abhi, who realises this and reciprocates her feelings.

After some hilarious scenes, Abhi and Chintakayyi befriends Thuppaki, one of Gani's henchmen. Later the duo learns that the Thuppaki is helping Prabhakar, one of Gani's rivals to kill Gani for the position of Gani. However, Gani acknowledges this, plans and kill Thuppaki. Gani also kidnaps Abhi and his friend. Abhi says the truth and Gani feels happy that they were taking the biopic of him and he narrates the whole story including his criminal activities.

From childhood, Gani starts beating people for money. Later he does settlements for M.L.A. Gani, also a fan of Sridevi. Later Gani falls for Sridevi aka Devi (Pooja Hegde), an computer student but she doesn't accepts him because of his aimless behaviour. Later she also reciprocates his feelings after he rescues her from ragging. But Devi's father refuses to accept their relationship due to the caste system. Devi and Gani decided to elope from Gaddalakonda and Gani refuses to kill someone for the M.L.A because he wants to leave behind his rowdyism. The M.L.A informs police about Gani's whereabouts. The police come to the railway station and beat up Gani while Devi's father threatens Devi to marry the bridegroom whom he chose, otherwise he will order police to kill Gani. Devi reluctantly marries to police officer who belongs to her caste. Another M.L.A, with the lawyer comes to the police station and says that Gani's M.L.A informs police of Gani's whereabouts. He then goes to his M.L.A and slits his throat in front of his mother (Supriya Pathak). Then Gani's mother complains against him. But Gani claims in court that his mother was mute. From that day onwards she refuses to speak with Gani.

Now, Bujjama learns about Abhi and confronts the latter. In the party for Abhi returning to Hyderabad, Bujjama expected Gani to act as a protagonist in his biopic. Gani agrees against to Abhi's wishes. However Abhi changes his mind by listening the theatre operator's (Tanikella Bharani) words and his passion about directing a movie, but he can't do it due to his bad adaptation. Then Abhi appoints the acting coach Muni Manikyam (Brahmaji) for Gani and his gang. Later the acting coach praises Gani for his acting skill due to his ruthless behaviour and also the acting coach humiliated Gani and his gang while they were training.

The shooting begins. The title of the film is Settimaar. By understanding the difficulties in directing the movie, Bujjama reconciles with Abhi. But things take a turn when Gani also changes his mind and falls for Bujjama. In the audio launch, Gani announced that he gifted a villa to Abhi and wants to marry Bujjama.

The movie is released and opens with a tremendous response. At the same time, Abhi elopes with Bujjama. Gani comes to know about this and decides to kill Abhi. But meanwhile, Gani's craze increases due to his acting skills. The people who fear Gani are now asking for selfies with him and his autograph. The little daughter of Thuppaki, who also fears when Gani comes to fondle her, gives a kiss and praises his acting skills. Gani's mother who refused to talk to him in the past speaks to him. By seeing all these, Gani spares Abhi and Bujjama and gives up his rowdy carrier. Prabhakar's henchman (Subbaraju) asks him to include him in Gani's next movie which is being directed by Sukumar. Abhi's paternal uncle (Devi Prasad) takes Gani's criminal evidence (tape recorder and files) and hands it over to the D.C.P, who turns out to be Devi's husband. Devi takes the evidence (tape recorder) and grinds it in a blender. When the D.C.P asks Devi why she had ground the evidence, She replies that it's because the D.C.P couldn't keep his promise to not incriminate Gani for which in return Devi wouldn't think about Gani. This indicates that Devi still loves Gani. Later Devi also praises him. Abhi uses Gani's gang for threatening stars like Nithin to act in his film. Abhi marries Bujjama and Gani remains single.

Sweety is a college-going student. Her friend leaves college because an eve teaser, the son of the Central Minister, bothers her. When he comes to trouble her for supporting her friend, he gets beaten up by a co-student named Gagan Chakravarthy, his father Chakravarthy, and his brother Prudhvi. The Central Minister then makes it a point to take Gagan and his family down.

Gagan, Chakravarthy, and Pruthvi are best friends and liquor buddies and only have each other, since Gagan's and Pruthvi's mother died (Chakravarthy's wife). They do everything from drinking alcohol to eating roadside foods and beating up wrongdoers in society. Sweety starts getting attracted to Gagan, and they start to hang out, and she gets to know about his family. She comes to Gagan's house and makes a change in their lifestyle for their own sake, for which Chakravarthy happily agrees for. In the meantime, Sweety, learns about Pruthvi's love failure and ends up reconciling with the would-be bride's parents, and the marriage is conducted in a grand manner. Chakravarthy, upon seeing the happiness and joy in the atmosphere at the wedding, realizes that Sweety is the reason behind everything and asks Gagan to always be by her side, and if he is not by her side one day, then Chakravarthy and his family as good as dead.

In a parallel track, the CM attends the engagement of the daughter of a very rich, righteous, ruthless yet prestige-driven businessman, Aswith Narayana Varma. The would-be groom, however, finds a video of Narayana's daughter romancing and kissing another guy that she liked before the engagement. The groom shows Narayana and tells him about this. The next morning, in breaking news on TV, it is revealed that Narayana has intentionally killed the groom in fear of his pride/prestige being destroyed. Narayana says that the thing that he cares about the most in the world is his pride/prestige, and he will go to any extent to preserve it. He leaves a gun on the table, and forces his daughter picks it up and shoots herself. He kills her ex boyfriend too.

Narayana and his company plan to build a highway that will make his company the most successful company in all of Asia, but his son Veerendra reveals that the project has competition in the form of the biggest liquor don in North India, Arjun Pawar. Arjun is supported by his two brothers and has bought off all of Narayana's close associates and subordinates except for his lawyer JP. Arjun threatens JP, stating that if he does not agree to his terms, that his daughter should marry his youngest brother; otherwise, he will kill her. JP agrees out of fear. Narayana, however, retaliates and sends Veerendra to disable Arjun's brother and breaks up the back and puts him in a critical condition forever. Now, Arjun then decides to hit back.

Sweety realizes that she is truly in love with Gagan and expresses her feelings towards him. Gagan is delighted, and Sweety takes him to her house to her father JP, where he insults him after realizing his lifestyle and the reputation that Chakravarthy has in society, then proceeds to insult Sweety. Enraged, Gagan gives JP a warning, but Sweety, who cares for her father's life more than anything, sends Gagan away and tells him to never come back.

Heartbroken, Gagan drives and tries to forget Sweety but is unable to and gets into a car accident. Fearing for his life, Chakravarthy and his uncle send him away with known relatives in Vizag. Faluguni arrives at the airport and picks Gagan up, and Gagan realizes that her lifestyle is young, wild, and free. Falguni, however, has no interest in Gagan romantically. While driving back after a party on the beach. Gagan witnesses a family being attacked. He decides to save them, and they turn out to be Narayana's family, and Arjun's brother has been sent to finish them off. Narayana's family pleads Gagan to save them and their daughter-in-law. Gagan fights off some of Pawar's men and saves the daughter-in-law, who happens to be Sweety. Shocked, Gagan is then shot four times and is left for dead. The doctors end up saving him on the orders of Aswith Narayana Varma and then the flashback is revealed by Narayana's wife.

After breaking Arjun's brother's back, Narayana then met JP, and they decide to get Veerendra married with Sweety. At the wedding, as Veerendra is about to tie the knot, he is shot and killed, and Arjun's men come and kidnap everyone to kill them. Since Veerendra died at the hands of Arjun, JP has no choice but to let her daughter away from the Narayana family. However, Narayana's sister phones her brother and tells him that they need Sweety, since she is almost married to Veerendra, and decided to adopt Sweety as their daughter-in-law. Since her would-be husband is dead, Sweety becomes a poor widow with no family emotions. Gagan then vows to protect Sweety until he dies and will solve all her problems. Narayana's sister comes and says that the family must perform a pooja at the Hamsala Deevi river area. She sees Gagan, who says that he cannot come along. Narayana's sister, in reality, has cut a deal with Arjun to get Sweety and leave her family alone, and Arjun agrees. As Narayana and the rest of his family perform the pooja, they attacked by Arjun's men. As they are about to attack Sweety, Gagan emerges from the water along with Chakravarthy and Nandu and kills everyone. He takes Sweety along with him, and Narayana feels that his pride/prestige has once again been damaged. Then, the Central Minister enrages both Narayana and Arjun on Gagan, so they both join hands with each other in eliminating Gagan once and for all.

In the attack, Chakravarthy and Pruthvi are seriously injured, and Narayana kidnaps Sweety. Gagan then lugs his injured brother and father to where Sweety is being kept and kills everyone but Narayana. Finally, Gagan says that Narayana lost his pride/prestige a long time ago when he joined hands with his enemy who killed his son just to kill a mere girl. As Narayana is listening to this, he shoots himself and dies. Chakravarthy decides to get Gagan married to Sweety and asks what name she would like on the wedding card. Sweety says "Janaki", and the film ends on a happy note.

The film starts with Eshwar Prasad, a politician who vows to resign from his post if the government fails to recover idols which were stolen over a period of six months. This troubles his political rivals, who forge a plan to destroy his credibility with the help of CBI Joint Director Vaishnavi Natarajan and Assistant Commissioner of Police Sampath.

The two of them plan to interrogate IAS Chanchala, a close confidante of Eashwar, who is in jail for murdering her fiancé Shakthi, who was Sampath's brother. To avoid attention, they shift her to Bhaagamathie Bungalow, a dilapidated, supposedly haunted house in the outskirts of a village, for the interrogation. The CBI question Chanchala to get some clues against Eashwar but she repeats that he is a good man, and that they are doubting his integrity without any proof in a cryptic but leading manner.

Later that night, the spirit of Bhaagamathie, the Queen of the house before independence, takes control of Chanchala. The CBI team calls upon a psychiatrist to investigate the matter who concludes that Chanchala must be schizophrenic as she seems to take on a different persona and narrate some story from a book as if it were her own. He suggests that the CBI commit her to an asylum. However Sampath suspects that this might be a ploy by her to escape and arranges for a spiritual guru to find out if there is paranormal activity. The guru suggests a few indicators. Later, Sampath discovers that those indicators to indicate the presence of ghosts in the bungalow. He also finds Chanchala hurting herself under the influence of the ghost. This leads to Sampath taking Chanchala to a mental hospital.

Eashwar visit her at the mental asylum and it is revealed that Chanchala had planned the entire thing to escape the CBI in return for 300 Cr. kickback from Eashwar. It is also revealed that Eashwar had forced Chanchala to kill Shakthi (her fiancé) to hide his scam regarding a welfare project.

Meanwhile, Vaishnavi realizes that Chanchala was trying to convey the truth of Eashwar's crimes using the story of Queen Bhaagamathie, which she came across from the various writings and artefacts she had discovered in the bungalow. She also finds evidence of Eashwar's misdeeds and the site where he hid the villagers after killing Shakthi.

Thus vindicated, Chanchala is seen running a charity organization in memory of Shakthi. Vaishnavi then tells her that they thought they knew everything about her but never knew that she was a great magician in her childhood and that she knew Arabic. Chanchala replies by saying that she does not know Arabic, which shocks them, hinting that there was actual paranormal activity in the house.

Pallavi, Zareena, and Divya are independent working women and they all live together. One night their car breaks down in the middle of the highway and Viswa, who is Pallavi's friend offers them a lift. Moments later Bunty and Viswa rush Vamsi to the nearest hospital because Vamsi is bleeding from a heavy injury to his head. At the same time, the three women return to their apartment in a taxi. They look disoriented, and it is implied that they have something to do with the incident. They then try to move on from what happened that night.

At the same time a drunk and jobless Satyadev moves to a new colony and comes across these three girls. Threats arise from Vamsi as he pushes for revenge for the injury Pallavi caused Vamsi. The threats result in Zareena losing her job. They are ultimately discouraged from filing a complaint, stating it would make their daily lives more miserable. In reality, the local police are aware that the men are "well-connected" and backed by MP Korentla Rajendra who is Vamsi's father.

The next day, Pallavi is kidnapped by Vamsi's friends. Pallavi is threatened, blackmailed, and molested in the moving car and dropped back home, leaving her shaken. A few days later, she is arrested based on a complaint from Vamsi labeling the women as prostitutes and charging Vamsi with attempted murder. At this point, Zareena and Divya are hopeless and then they stumble across Satyadev. Satyadev suggests that they can get an emergency bail from a lawyer. The girls do not believe him as he seems like an alcoholic. They later discover that Satyadev was a reputable and respectable lawyer but he gets suspended for 4 years due to him harming a fellow lawyer in court. At the same time, his wife dies due to pregnancy complications when Satyadev had to leave her alone at home causing him to ultimately give up the profession. He then declines to help Zareena and Divya with the case but later on he gets attacked by the Rajendra's men and decides to represent Pallavi in court.

Scared of Satyadev, Vamsi and Rajendra meet Advocate Nanda Gopal who agrees to take up the case. In the courtroom, Nanda presents the following version of events in the court: Vamsi and his friends help Pallavi and her friends due to their cab breaking down. They invite the women for dinner at a resort, since they said that they were hungry, where they have drinks. The women provoke the men, become intimate, and thereafter demand money, all signs indicating that they are prostitutes. Vamsi refuses to pay and an enraged Pallavi hits him on the head with a bottle and flees. Nanda's argument focuses on the poor moral character of the women. He attacks the fact that Pallavi has family in Hyderabad but chooses to live with her friends.

Pallavi and her friends' state that the men tried to sexually assault them. Vamsi tried to rape Pallavi, and she attacked him with the bottle in self-defense. Satyadev's argument focuses on the issue of consent and a woman's right to say no. A series of chilling courtroom arguments ensues in the following days. Towards the end of the trial, Zareena is provoked by Nanda to say that she took the money from the men causing a distress in the court. However, Satyadev does not give up and he makes Vamsi enrage leading him to reveal the truth, stating that the women “got what they deserved”.

Satyadev criticizes the regressed views of the society where women are stereotyped as prostitutes if they come home late, move out, want to be independent, drink and so on, but none of these apply to men. He closes with the fact that his client said “NO”. No means no, and does not require further explanation. The next day, Satyadev and the women are attacked by Siva on the train but Satyadev fights them off and they go back to the court. The women are then acquitted while Vamsi, Bunty, and Siva are charged, with their sentences pending while Viswa is let off with a warning. After the case is closed, Satyadev decides to come back to his profession to help the common people with their problems. Zareena regains a job, Pallavi gets engaged and Divya enters her newly constructed home.

Bharat Ram, a brilliant and curious student, graduates with his 5th degree from Oxford. 

After celebrating, his uncle tells him that his father Raghava Rao, Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh (pre-division), passed away from a stroke. Bharat flies home and reminisces.

As a child, Bharat spent most of his time with his mother and best friend Subash next door as his father was busy setting up a political party with his best friend Varadarajulu, the party president. After breaking a small promise, his mother scolds him and tells him about the importance of commitments. She dies in her sleep afterwards, impacting Bharat immensely. Raghava Rao then takes care of him at home, but Varadarajulu tells him that he must prepare for the upcoming elections and suggests he remarry to give Bharat a new mother. He agrees, having another child, Siddharth, with his new wife. Bharat's attempts to bond with his stepmother fail, so he spends more time at Subash's house. Soon, Subash's parents get jobs in London, and Bharat wants to go with them. After some time Raghava Rao agrees.

After the flashback, Bharat arrives in India and attends his father's funeral amid heavy media attention and speculation over who the next Chief Minister will be. Varadarajulu tells Bharat that his father, an asthmatic, had to be hospitalized due to the cold and that the final rites were completed by Siddharth because of Raghava Rao's death caused public disarray and they couldn't wait for him. Bharat then drives around the city and gets frustrated by the chaotic atmosphere. Varadarajulu introduces him to many politicians, including opposition party leader Sripathi Rao and his son Manohar. As Bharat prepares to return to London, Varadarajulu cancels his ticket, explaining that he should be the next CM. Bharat objects and asks Varadarajulu to accede instead, but he opposes based on his position and intra-party conflict. Bharat reluctantly agrees and becomes CM despite his inexperience. However, his strict policies and novel ideas restore law and order and become popular with the public, earning the opposition's ire. One day, he sees a girl named Vasumathi and instantly falls in love with her. Bharat surprises Vasumathi by calling her and asks her out about, kindling romance. Later, he finds out that many politicians are laundering money and tries to expose Manohar. However, Varadarajulu stops the investigation and invites Bharat to the politicians' small party, where their collaboration and scheming surprise him. He decides to remove all this corruption from politics.

Ramana and other villagers come to Bharat in tears, explaining how their MLA, fellow party member Damu, is unhelpful and corrupt. Now, his son is replacing him, and they seek guidance. Bharat tells Ramana to run against him. Damu's henchmen kill many villagers in return, so Bharat sends undercover police officers to protect Ramana. Damu's police officers attempt to murder Ramana at his cinema hall, but Bharat arrives in time. Damu proclaims that Bharat is only powerful due to his bodyguards. After Bharat alone defeats his henchmen, however, Damu retreats. Bharat soon decides local governance must be instated, which succeeds despite the assembly's disapproval. However, Varadarajulu exposes Bharat's relationship with Vasumathi, causing a scandal and accusations of nepotism since she now works with him. Bharat resigns, Varadarajulu becomes Chief Minister, and Vasumathi and her father move to their native village.

Bharat arranges a press meet, where he attacks their sensationalism. Afterwards, his friend, ACP Krishna IPS, tells him they found a reporter hiding in a village. Bharat, along with Bhaskar and Security Officer Mukthar, go there and learn the reporter met with Raghava Rao before his death and proved Varadarajulu's corruption to him. As they leave, Mukthar gets shot in an ambush. Bharat takes him to a hospital and spots Varadarajulu's henchmen, so they escape again. Bharat eventually fights them in an abandoned area. As an army of goons shows up, the villagers arrive to protect him. They follow Bharat to Varadarajulu's office, where they face off. Varadarajulu reveals that he tampered with Raghava Rao's medicines to slowly paralyze and kill him. Finally, all the corrupt politicians are jailed, and Varadarajulu commits suicide. Bharat once again becomes Chief Minister, and proposes marriage to Vasumathi in her village.
